Certain conditions — pregnancy, nursing, active eye infections, recent eye surgery, uncontrolled diabetes, or blood-thinning medications — may disqualify you. Bring medical history to your consultation; our technician will advise safety steps or alternative timing.

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and strong retinoids 48–72 hours before treatment to reduce bleeding and bruising. Arrive with clean eyes, no mascara or lash extensions, and bring reference photos of your preferred look.

Keep the area clean and dry for the first week: avoid swimming, saunas, heavy exercise, and eye makeup. Apply recommended ointment, avoid rubbing, and expect light flaking. Healing takes 7–14 days; color stabilizes after your 6–8 week touch-up.
