Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Lift + Tint.

Results typically last six to eight weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Tinting may fade sooner, around four to six weeks. We recommend touch-ups every 6–8 weeks to maintain lifted shape and color for best results.

Most clients with mild sensitivity can safely receive a Lash Lift + Tint after a patch test. If lashes are severely damaged or you have active eye conditions, we’ll recommend alternatives or delay treatment until healed, protecting long-term lash health.

Avoid mascara and water exposure for 24–48 hours after your appointment to allow the lift to set. Tinting is immediate, but avoid oil-based removers early on. After the aftercare window, you may wear mascara if you choose.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and remove contact lenses if possible. Avoid lash serums for 48 hours prior and skip waterproof mascara. We'll perform a brief consultation and patch test to customize curl and tint shade.

Do not wet lashes or use oil-based products for the first 24–48 hours. Avoid rubbing, saunas, and lash curlers. Gently brush lashes daily and use a recommended conditioning serum to extend lift and tint longevity.

Anyone with active eye infections, recent eye surgery, or severe allergies should avoid this treatment. Very brittle or over-processed lashes may not respond well. Book a consultation so we can assess and recommend safer alternatives.
